Lovelace Properties is seeking to hire an organized self-starter site manager for a 60 unit apartment complex in Grants Pass, Oregon. The position requirement is for the site manager to be good at interacting with current and prospective renters, organization skills, time management and computer knowledge of programs like Word and Excel. This position requirements is that your self-motivated and possess the ability to handle stressful situations, while both diffusing and making quick decisions when needed.
Applicants must:
Possess valid driver's licenses and a reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance coverage
Be on call and be able to work weekends
Have a minimum of 1-3 years of previous residential property management experience
Be able to pass a full background check, including drug, rental, criminal and financial
Be good at interacting with current residents
Be familiar with fair housing regulations
Be self-motivated
