Are you a Multi-Family Property Manager looking for a change? Then look no farther. We are looking for an experienced multi-family Manager to join our team at a market rate property located in Grants Pass.
Duties to include overseeing the day to day operations of physical property, managing office duties, manage staff, tenant relations, vendor relations, contract negotiations, and reporting to Regional Manager and Owner of property.
You must have proven track record in the Multi-Family industry, strong written/verbal communication, efficient computer and key board skills, working knowledge of Tenant Landlord Laws and multi-family software, conflict resolutions skills, and the drive to get things done. Requires minimum of three years of experience in the industry.
