About the Position
We have a Full-Time opening for the Support Services I position, which will provide administrative support to our Administrative Office in Medford, OR as well as our new Veterans Resource Center. This position consists of running various errands in company vehicles, answering phones, directing calls, greeting visitors; performing a wide range of office support activities and special projects, transporting medical files; and other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Day)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a positive and cheerful personality, continually demonstrate professionalism, as well as be flexible, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
TWO YEARS administrative office or customer service experience is preferred
Good attention to detail, strong organizational, and multi-tasking skills are essential
Knowledge with using Apple products is preferred
Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
Physical requirements are: ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon drivers license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Pay & Benefits
Starting at $14.00 per hour/DOE.
