- Several years of roofing experience—shingles, metal, tile, or flat roofs
- Ability to work safely and efficiently at heights
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver’s license and able to drive company vehicles to job sites
- Can lift materials and handle all kinds of weather
