EXPERIENCED ROOFER & TRUCK DRIVER WANTED
Accurate Roofing Company is a locally owned, customer-focused contractor serving Grants Pass and Southern Oregon. We specialize in residential and light commercial roofing and pride ourselves on quality workmanship, safety, and integrity.
Position: Full-time Roofer/Truck Driver
Location: Grants Pass, Oregon
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install asphalt shingle, metal, and flat roofs from tear-off through cleanup
- Diagnose and repair leaks, flashing, fascia, soffit, and related roof components
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely to job sites
- Operate company truck and utility trailer in a responsible, professional manner
- Maintain a clean, organized work zone and follow OSHA and company safety protocols
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices for installation and safety
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on roofing experience (residential and light commercial)
- Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred but not required
- Proficiency with roofing tools, harnesses, scaffolding, and fall-protection systems
- Ability to lift 80+ lbs, work at heights, and endure variable weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, reliability, and clear communication skills
- Team-player attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
