Required Education and Experience:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent; and
Six (6) months or more experience as a custodian with an industrial, janitorial firm, or commercial business and thorough knowledge of custodial materials and methods.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with various types of floor maintenance equipment including floor scrubbers, extractors, buffers, and carpet cleaners.
Available Schedule:
Wednesday - Sunday, 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM
The anticipated hiring range for the Custodian position is $18.58 (first step) to $19.51 or $20.49 (second or third step). Directly related experience and qualifications will be evaluated alongside others who perform work of comparable character as required by Pay Equity Law. Six steps are included in this salary range, allowing opportunity for annual movement through the steps.
