Position: Dental Hygienist
We are looking for a caring and experienced Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team. This role will involve working 1-4 days a week, assisting in providing exceptional care and fostering positive patient relationships. (Will consider multiple part time hygienists as necessary.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dental cleanings and preventive treatments
- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices
- Take X-rays
- Assist in creating personalized treatment plans
- Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon Dental Hygienist License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Schedule:
Part or Full-time position, Monday-Thursday. Flexible scheduling options can be discussed.

A message from our hygienist Noelle: I love working here. We always have 1 hour hygiene appointments, and two hours for half mouth SRP. Our instruments are nice with a wide variety of choices and replaced as needed, right away. Hygienists have full autonomy to diagnose and treatment plan hygiene. Doctor Sara is kind and does excellent work! Patients are given treatment plans for what they need and we are never expected to upsell treatment or products. The focus here is always individualized care for our patients rather than being a prophy mill focused on numbers. Our office manager and assistants are so kind and helpful and we all work together really well to provide great care and make the day go smoothly. Exams are organized and efficient, we usually run on time and are out at or very close to 5. Dr puts family first and understands when unexpected things happen like sickness or closed daycare. We work together and help each other out, always. We’re also nerds that love learning-we have a weekly staff meeting (paid, and doesn’t cut into lunch hour) where we share things we’ve learned in CE lately or general office meeting things like OSHA and HIPAA. Once a month Doc takes us all out to lunch as well!
This is a high quality, chill, office that has great patients. This position is open because our part time hygienist moved out of town, and I cut from full time to part time after having my baby. Come visit us!
