Front Desk position available in movement based physical therapy office.
Position Requirements:
-Confidence and perseverance to battle insurance companies
-Ability to maintain and hold boundaries with clients

-Background of insurance verification (preferred)
Position includes:
-Servicing patients/clientele: answering phone calls and questions, scheduling appointments, collecting and inputting demographic and insurance information, collecting copays, creating/explaining billing statements.
-Insurance company interaction: Verification of insurance benefits and authorization requirements,
-Organizing paperwork: Emailing and filling new patient paper work, scanning insurance cards, prescriptions and diagnostic paperwork; maintaining up to date prescriptions and authorizations, faxing authorizations; overall maintaining all items in patient charts up to date and in compliance with insurance requirements.
-Billing: If skills for billing (would consider increasing hours to bring billing in house), scan EOBs and record any payments received, payments from insurance company and from patients.
-Office requirements: light cleaning once a week, filling water containers
