We are looking for a experienced medical phones scheduler for Medford specialty practice in Medford. This position requires someone who can handle high volume of calls remaining calm and professional. This position you will be scheduling patients for procedures, collecting information needed for insurance, authorizations, update or verify the patients information needed for the procedures and appointments. Must be detailed, excellent customer service, great with multiple tasks, great computer and data entry skills, medical terminology, and able to work at a fast pace. This position MUST have some experience with medical phones and scheduling. This is Monday-Thursday 8-5:30 and pay is DOE. Please email resume and wage requirements.
