Las Margaritas Restaurant and Bar
We are currently seeking experienced Bartenders and Servers to join our team at Las Margaritas on. As a Bartender and Server, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the customer experience
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender and Server in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and menu items
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Must be reliable, have good work ethics.
- Food handlers permit and OLCC permit required.
