Job Posting: Bartender/Counter
Location: Eagle Point Schmizza Pub & Grub
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Bartenders to join our team at
Schmizza Pub &Grub. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences for
our guests through your cocktail-making skills and friendly demeanor. If you are passionate about
mixology, have a flair for hospitality, and can commit to open availability, we want to hear from you!
Part time and full time available. 2-5 days per week
Requirements:
1. Bartending Experience: A minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced
establishment is required. Knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixing techniques, and drink
garnishes is essential.
2. Customer Service Excellence: We arre looking for individuals with outstanding customer service
skills. Your ability to engage with patrons, take drink orders, and ensure an enjoyable experience
is paramount.
3. Mixology Expertise: Proficiency in crafting a wide variety of cocktails, from classic to creative, is
a must. Knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and an eye for presentation is expected.
4. Team Player: Collaboration is key in our establishment. Bartenders must work harmoniously
with other staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth
operations.
5. Open Availability: We require our bartenders to have flexible availability, including evenings,
weekends, and holidays. Your willingness to work during peak business hours is a must to
accommodate the dynamic nature of our industry.
