We are seeking mature, responsible individuals to join our front desk team at Rogue Regency Inn. The preferred candidate will be skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to work well in challenging situations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
Anticipating and addressing our guests’ needs.
Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly manner.
Checking guests in upon their arrival and checking them out when they depart.
Making telephone and online reservations.
Entering reservations into hotel property management system.
Performing daily checklist duties.
Driving guests to and from the airport as needed.
Collaborating and communicating with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Complying with company procedures and safety policies.
To be considered for the front desk agent position, the following requirements are needed:
Previous hotel and/or hospitality experience preferred.
Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays.
Well groomed, professional appearance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skills.
Knowledge of property management systems a plus.
Dependable.
Team player.
Able to stand for extended periods.
Valid driver license.
25 years or older preferred with clean driving record in order to be insurable to drive shuttle vans. However, this will not eliminate one from being considered for employment.
Hours per week: Will vary depending on the time of year.
