Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years experience
-Must be neat in appearance
-Have good people skills
-Able to build and maintain relationships with our customers
-Handle everything from writing service orders and looking up parts all the way through to their completion, including managing work flow, ordering parts and ringing up the customer.
-Experience with Mitchell Manager or Shop Key programs and C1 Service Consultant are a plus as we are an ASE Blue Seal shop.
-Attention to detail and able to consistently follow shop protocol.
