Belle Fiore Winery is hiring for an Assistant Events & Wine Club Manager.

Assistant Wine Club Manager Duties:

Help grow the wine club with new and exciting wine club only events, hosting and executing these events, along with managing all the wine club release parties.

Motivate and train staff on how to sell club memberships.

Managing the packaging and charging of wine club releases.

Helping with all marketing materials.

Being the point of contact for all wine club members’ needs.

Helping with daily bank reconciliations, deposits, management of credit card and cash balances.

Menu design, POS programming,

Meeting as needed, with General Manager in regard to menu changes and other business needs.

Handling all tasks needed of you by Michelle as far as office and operations.

Helping update website and social media with live music and events.

Completing spreadsheets and posting/printing fliers and menus.

Weekly financial needs and banking needs.

Help in maintaining inventory and wine organization.

Helping implement policies and procedures.

HR hiring needs as needed.

Assistant Event Manager Duties:

The Assistant Events Manager is responsible for meeting with interested wedding and events parties, coordinating, and conducting these events in a patient and professional manner alongside the Events Manager.

They are responsible for obtaining signed Event Agreements and managing the event from beginning until the date it is completed and collecting all payments per the Agreements alongside the Events Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for informing all appropriate Belle Fiore staff of scheduled events and updating the events calendar accordingly. On nights of special events, you will personally lead the team fulfilling the events, which will also utilize other BFW and BFE staff as needed including servers, host/DRAs, and if needed part-time event assistants, when staffing levels call for a full team effort.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

At least 1 year of event or hospitality experience.

Ability to work nights and weekends.

Ability to work a flexible schedule dependent on event bookings.

Ability to move heavy furniture.
