Full time position, M-F office hours, salary TBD DOE
Radio Design Group, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in our daily operations; performing reviews of accounts, preparing invoices and paying bills, processing payroll and preparing quarterly and year end documentation for submittal to our accountant, assisting the Operations Manager in government contract management and execution and assisting with budgeting.
Duties include:
Financial Record Management
Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel Software
Establishing Accounts, management of payables and receivables
Creating, Verifying, Allocating and Posting Transactions
Account Reconciliation and General Ledger Management
Assist Operation Manager/President with Budgeting
Cooperation with CPA for Tax Preparation
Ensure Legal Requirement Compliance (Local, State, Federal)
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Proficiency in QuickBooks Software
Preparation of payroll
Management of Employment Taxes & Benefits (Health Insurance, 401k)
Federal Contract Management
Assist Operations Manager
Invoicing for DoD work performed through WAWF
Maintenance of Federal Compliance Requirements (sam.gov and CAGE verification)
Cooperation with Government Officials (inspection, audit, contractual)
Human Resources Management
Employee Information Retention and Management
Ensure Legal Requirement Compliance (Local, State, Federal)
Other Duties as Assigned
