Hi! I'm Steve, a general contractor. I have been in business for 40 years, now looking for a bookkeeper who is experienced and working for other small business clients like myself. I work with QuickBooks Desktop and aninvoicing software called "House Call Pro" that connects with QuickBooks desktop.
I need a bookkeeper that comes to my office for several hours one day a week or two half days a week, whatever works for you.
Must be proficient in:
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Payroll & payroll remittances
Credit card and Bank reconciliation
Financial Statement preparation (Income Statement
& Balance Sheet) .
Capable of working with a CPA and payroll company.
I can pay a fixed rate of $35 an hour for an independent contractor.
