Working closely with cross functional teams, you will lead marketing segment strategy and implement customer-centric marketing campaigns to drive demand, delight customers and achieve sales, marketing, and revenue goals.A day in the Life:

Develop strategic, multi-channel integrated marketing plans for electron microscopy workflows to increase customer acquisition, retention, and expansion

Craft compelling value propositions for assigned workflow portfolios in targeted segments that resonate with our customers and prospects

Drive lead generation programs that result in sales and long-term customer engagement

Analyze and report out on marketing key performance indicators; using available data to advise future strategies and improve marketing return on investment.

Develop sales enablement tools, technical training and customer facing materials in collaboration with product management and commercial teams

Successfully engage with product marketing, commercial team, agencies, and marketing operations to deliver high-quality content and sales enablement

Work closely with internationally based regional marketing managers to scale marketing campaigns

Nurture relationships with key opinion leaders to foster collaboration

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape

May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned

Keys to Success:Education

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare-related field, advanced degree preferred

Experience

5+ year experience in marketing, sales, or sales support in scientific capital equipment; Experience with light or electron microscopy a plus!

2+ years of people management experience

Skilled at content creation, customer value proposition, new product introduction, go to market and demand/lead generation strategies, event organization

Experience working in a complex, highly-matrixed organization and a strong record of building alignment in cross-functional teams.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset, influencing cross-functional teams to reach consensus and implement efficient solutions in a matrix environment.

Strong creative intuition on design and messaging that resonates with customers and an ability to learn from previous campaign data and analytics to improve on performance and make strategic recommendations

Ability to communicate go-to-market strategies, metrics, failures, success stories etc during regular reporting and with business partners

Self-motivated, demonstrates creativity and problem-solving ability with good intuition for business, proven written, verbal communication and presentation skills

Strong understanding of digital programs including but not limited to the suite of Adobe platforms, Eloqua, Power BI, CRM & other technologies

Travel is required (25%); including international
