Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Scrum Master and Project
Manager with extensive expertise in S/4HANA implementation. The ideal
candidate will lead and manage SAP projects, ensuring successful
delivery using Agile methodologies. This role requires a strong
background in SAP, particularly S/4HANA, and a proven track record in
both project management and Scrum Master roles. This position can be
based in Greensboro, NC, Richardson, TX, or Hillsboro, OR.
Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans, including scope,
schedule, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate with stakeholders to
define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to
stakeholders. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies,
implementing effective mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with
project management standards and methodologies. Facilitate Agile
ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and
retrospectives. Coach and mentor the Scrum team in Agile principles and
practices to enhance team productivity and collaboration. Remove
impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Foster a
culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is
well-groomed and prioritized. Ensure the team adheres to Scrum processes
and principles. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to
ensure seamless integration and configuration of S/4HANA. Communicate
project status, milestones, and deliverables effectively to all
stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including
project plans, status reports, and risk logs. Ensure accurate and timely
reporting of project metrics and performance indicators. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business
Administration, or related field. Certification in Scrum (Certified
Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent).
Project Management certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of
experience in SAP project management, with at least 3 years focused on
S/4HANA implementations. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile
environment. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules,
