Perform wide variety of troubleshooting to identify issues. Balance problem solving with meeting production needs. Perform process tool set-up, calibration and preventative maintenance. Rebuild manufacturing equipment when needed to ensure operability. Communicate across shifts about daily progress and necessary escalationsEducation: Bachelor of sciences or technical degrees preferred. Equivalent military background or a combination of equivalent experience to demonstrate required skills also recognized.Experience: At least 10 plus total years of manufacturing or mechanical technician experience is required. Background in precision PMs with chambers - example PVC/ CVD tools, complex manufacturing processes is preferred. Previous experience using test equipment preferred (ex: digital multimeters, oscilloscopes) Experience in lean manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement is a plus.
