Job Title: Experienced Mechanical AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking experienced mechanical assemblers with expertise in complex assemblies, cleanroom PPE, and comfort working with chemicals in a controlled environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong previous experience mechanical assembly, particularly with vacuum and pump systems, and will be committed to maintaining high-quality standards in a cleanroom setting.Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components and systems in a cleanroom environment.
Assemble vacuum and pump systems.
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble products.
Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
Conduct assembly leak checks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with cleanroom standards.
Document assembly processes and results accurately.
Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any assembly issues.
Adhere to safety protocols and cleanroom guidelines at all times.
Essential Skills
Assembly of mechanical components and systems
Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
Experience with mechanical assembly and power tools
Experience working in a cleanroom environment
Ability to perform leak checks on assemblies
Electrical assembly and wiring skills
Inspection and quality assurance skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred
Strong documentation and communication skills
