Data Entry Clerk

Description We are offering an opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join one of our clients based in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing data entry support for a vendor undergoing a process change. You will enter contract information such as customer names, addresses, order specifications, and more. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Perform various forms of data entry Maintain and update customer records as necessary Ensure all data entry tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to keep records and perform data entry tasks Maintain a high level of accuracy in all data entry tasks Handle any customer inquiries related to the data entry process Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient data entry operationsRequirements Must possess proficiency in Data Entry Typing speed of 45 - 60 WPM required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites is essential Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required Effective communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability to fast-paced work environments Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
