A National Credit Union based out of the Hillsboro, Oregon area is interested in hiring representatives to their Sales and Service team in a Permanent + Long Term Opportunity! This position will be located onsite in Hillsboro Oregon. The team is interested in candidates with experience in Financial Customer Service or any Sales roles.Description:
Support inbound calls from members and perform financial transactions
Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services for members' needs
Maintain knowledge of services such as insurance, investments, and mortgage
Provide 5-star customer service to all members and create a lasting impression
Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, along with meeting quarterly sales goals
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role required
Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needs
