This is a full-time position. Pay dependent on experience.

The Successful Applicant:
MUST have a valid Oregon Driver’s license with an insurable driving record
MUST pass drug screen and maintain drug-free workplace (No hard drugs)
MUST satisfactorily pass criminal background screening.
MUST have operable vehicle and valid drivers license
MUST possess own hand tools and some personal power tools.

Qualifications and Experience
7 Years experience in the construction/ remodel industry.
Demonstrate an above average level of working knowledge in all phases of Construction
Possess proficient Computer skills: including Microsoft office, Word, CoConstruct Construction software (Training on our system is available)
Proficient skills in the use of smart phone and communicating effectively via phone, email, text.
Above average communication skills
Must be analytical: detail oriented, a self-starter, very organized, strong understanding of best practices and the ability to multi task different aspects of a construction project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Journeyman level of carpentry skills including; layout, foundations, framing, finish carpentry, and overall
construction processes
Very Strong framing, exterior finishes, and finish carpentry skills
Strong knowledge and process knowledge with trade work including Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Drywall,
Painting, Specialties trades ( tile, marble, countertops, cabinets)
Maintain daily time card and daily report
Perform material takeoffs to check material quantities ordered
