Journeyman-level carpenter/finisher sought. This is not an apprentice or train-to-work position; applicants should be able to perform all aspects of concrete finishing and forming at a skilled level. Job tasks include but are not limited to: forming and finishing site concrete such as curb/gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, forming, reinforcement and finishing of slab-on-grade, setup, reinforcement and pour for building footings, foundations, and structural walls. Experience with saw-cutting and finishing equipment (rider/walk-behind), a plus.
Applicants must have verifiable work history. Potential employees should anticipate passing background checks and drug testing as a requirement of this position.
Prevailing wage work throughout the Willamette Valley, with limited travel expected. Competitive private scales negotiable DOE. Benefits offered following preliminary wait period.
