OPTION 1:
We have one suite available 1.15.2024
It’s currently set up for a hairstylist but can easily be converted into a space for an aesthetician , LMT, or cosmetic tattooing.
Rent is $700/month, $175/week per suite with a 1 year lease.
MOVE IN SPECIAL:
First 3 months
$600/month, $150/week per suite with a 1 year lease.
The space is ideal for hairstylist, aestheticians, LMT or cosmetic tattooing.

-A private bathroom for you and your guests.
-A break space with microwave and refrigerator
-WiFi
-Water, electricity, and garbage
-Storage
-Reserved parking for leaser and an abundance of parking for clients.

Each room includes:
- Shampoo bowl/sink
- Hair Chair
- Styling Station
- Storage Cabinets
(All items seen in pictures are removable accept shampoo bowl/sink and overhead cabinet.)
OPTION 2:
Seeking 1-2 established Hairstylist.
(Some clientele is required)
Are you an independent contractor licensed in hair design? We are looking for one to two established hairstylist to join our team.
We strive for a healthy work-life balance and this position is 3-4 days per week.
We are a small, very clean salon that strives to give our clients a relaxing atmosphere while tending to their self care needs.
This is a unique option as we strive to provide an affordable opportunity for stylists who like the flexibility of being independent without having to worry over all the over head costs associated with being an independent stylist.
We provide all back bar, color, styling products and retail. We will take care of laundry and refreshments.
We use a website/ online booking system called GlossGenius. It’s user friendly and included for you and your clients.
This is commissioned based and we offer next day payouts, provided via GlossGenius along with a 1099 at the end of the year for tax purposes.
We will ensure your pricing is accurate based on services performed, products needed and expertise.
Includes all back bar:
Color, bleach, shampoo and conditioner,
Styling products, etc.

- Loma Hair Care
- Joico Hair Care
- Milbon Hair Care
- Brazilian Blowout
Commission Options:
35% on Chemical Services
50% on Haircuts /blowouts and styling
40% on add on services- deep conditioning, reparative services, waxing services
25% commission on product sales and boutique items.
OPTION 3:
Looking to share a space 3-4 days a week?
Would you like to have a little more control over your business and what you offer your clients?
Rent a chair part-time, 3-4 days a week at $40/day.
This includes limited back bar.
