It’s currently set up for a hairstylist but can easily be converted into a space for an aesthetician or cosmetic tattooing.
Rent is $700/month, $175/week per suite with a 1 year lease.
MOVE IN SPECIAL:
First 3 months
$600/month, $150/week per suite with a 1 year lease.

OPTION 2:
Seeking 1 established Hairstylist.
Are you an independent contractor licensed in hair design? We are looking for one established hairstylist to join our team.
We strive for a healthy work-life balance and this position is 2-4 days per week.
We are a small, very clean salon that strives to give our clients a relaxing atmosphere while tending to their self care needs.
This is a unique option as we strive to provide an affordable opportunity for stylists who like the flexibility of being independent without having to worry over all the over head costs associated with being an independent stylist.
We provide all back bar, color, styling products and retail. We will take care of laundry and refreshments.
We use a website/ online booking system called GlossGenius. It’s user friendly and included for you and your clients.
This is commissioned based and we offer next day payouts, provided via GlossGenius along with a 1099 at the end of the year for tax purposes.
We will ensure your pricing is accurate based on services performed, products needed and expertise.
Includes all back bar:
Color, bleach, shampoo and conditioner,
Styling products, etc.

This includes limited back bar- shampoo, conditioner and styling products.
