The Licensing and Standards Facilitator I is a self-directed, highly motivated individual that assists PCL teams to be in compliance with the Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) and PCL’s policies and procedures within assigned areas (ISP, medical, etc.) This person assists all team members to connect decision-making and documentation related to individuals’ services/needs of OARs and PCL’s policies and procedures.

Location: Can be based in any of our Monmouth, Eugene, or Grants Pass offices (With occasional travel to other PCL locations)

Position Type: Full Time, Hourly

Wage: $20.77/hour

Basic Requirements:

-High school diploma/GED required.

-At least 6 Months of experience supporting people with I/DD required.

-Must be at least 18 years of age.

-Pass a State/Federal Criminal History Check with potential fingerprinting check.

-Background screening including employment and education history.

-Pre-employment drug screening (for the use of illegal substances in Oregon).

-Must possess a valid Drivers License with an insurable driving record to drive agency vehicles.

-Be able to be certified and maintain certification with First Aid/CPR and OIS.

Preference given to Applicants with the following:

-Knowledge of the Oregon Administrative Rules for Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) services.

-Knowledge and experience of the Oregon I/DD system.

-Experience using Therap data based system.

Job Specific Duties:

-Conducting Quality Assessments and provide technical assistance in preparation for state licensure.

-Completing reports in a timely manner.

-Assisting teams to provide quality environments and supports for people receiving supports.

-Train various subjects as assigned in both small and large groups.

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to have difficult conversations in a professional manner.

-Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

-Ability to read and understand complex compliance laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines.

-High level of proficiency in the use of Therap and knowledge of Oregon’s ISP process and support documents.
