Commercial cleaner for evenings

Looking to hire someone who is an independent worker with good communication, reliability, and able to pass a background check. The job entails cleaning a building with multiple business offices. Cleaning involves vacuuming, dusting, emptying trashes, sanitizing restrooms, etc. No previous cleaning experience required. Hours are Sunday (cleaning can be done at any time) for 5hrs, Monday (cleaning to start after 6pm) for 4.5 hrs and tue-thur (cleaning to be started after 6pm) for 4.25 hrs for a total of 22.25 hrs/week.
