We founded Tidy Gnomes in 2012 in order to create support and community for people who could use a few magical helpers. We are a queer, women, and BIPOC-owned business that provides personalized, eco-friendly, and compassionate home care.We’re a community of passionate individuals dedicated to making a positive impact in our community. Through our work, we aim to bring joy, comfort, and a touch of magic to every space we enter.
We also believe in giving back. As part of our community commitment, we donate free cleanings to BIPOC individuals who may not typically have access to this kind of service. We're looking for thoughtful, kind, detail-oriented people to join our close-knit team.

Compensation:
- Training: $19/hr + 100% of Tips, daily mileage reimbursement, and paid drive time.
- After Training: Starting at $20/hr + 100% of Tips, daily mileage reimbursement, and paid drive time.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior professional cleaning experience required.
- Transport: Smartphone and reliable car. Have active car insurance and a valid driver's license.
- Background Check: Able to pass a background check.
- Availability: Starting at 10-20 a week, with potential for full-time. We are looking for someone who can be flexible about hours and comfortable with less hours at first as we are building our clientele in Eugene.
