We have immediate need for production workers to fill out our plant and smooth the operation here. We are also looking to add a second shift. If you have prior experience in the shavings or pellet industry please reach out to discuss! We may have additional opportunities for folks with prior experience, especially leadership.
As a production worker you will see all aspects of the production process, which may lead to further opportunities as a machine operator, cutting specialist, or other positions around the facility.
Review production schedule with supervisor for daily specific duties
Ensure daily maintenance items are completed as assigned
Learn and apply skills to help facilitate production
Maintain areas cleanliness, ensuring clutter is reduced
Lifting or Moving 30-40 (80%) 50 lbs. (15%) 60 lbs. (5%) of the time
We offer a good schedule that gets you home early, overtime if you want it, and a weekly bonus based on production levels.
