SEEKING FULL TIME EXPERIENCED CARPENTER
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three consecutive years of experience in the construction field
Experienced in all areas listed below including residential remodel experience
SKILLS
Proficient in the use of construction related equipment
Thorough knowledge in remodel including framing, flooring, decks, fences, windows, interior and exterior doors, drywall hanging, finish carpentry, dry rot repair, and demolition
ABILITIES
Great client relations and behave respectfully
Self-directed. A lot of the work will be performed without supervision so the applicant needs to be able to make the proper judgment calls as it pertains to quality and production
Adapt to change and problem solve on the spot
Attention to detail, perform high quality work, and work in a clean and organized manner
Must be OK with heights, able to lift heavy materials, and work at a fast pace
Have a positive attitude in the face of difficulties
Punctual and reliable
Have own tools
TRANSPORTATION
The jobs will be throughout Corvallis and the surrounding area. Applicant must have driver license, reliable transportation, and phone.
HOURS
Full time between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm, Monday Friday, varying depending on the project
PAY
$16-$24 per hour, depends on experience and qualifications
