C&R Management Group is looking for a Supervising Community Manager with great sales and team-leading abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service for a 183-unit apartment community of Cascade Ridge Apartment Homes. The Supervising Community Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, preparing agreements, and supervising/training all property employees. You will have a separate office to manage your staff and conduct work from. We would love to see how you might fill our Supervising Community Manager role if you find the qualities above intriguing.
The ideal candidate for the position will have strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team. Project Management experience or skills is highly desired for this position.
Location: Cascade Ridge Apartment Homes (Lebanon, OR)
Pay Rate: $32 - $35/hr
Schedule: FT, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend

Requirements
What you will bring as the Supervising Community Manager:
One (1) year of previous property management experience is required.
One (1) year of previous supervisory experience is required.
Six (6) months of previous customer service experience is preferred.
Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience is preferred.
Basic math skills with the ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, and agreements.
Advanced knowledge of all city, county, state, and federal Landlord, Tenant, and Fair Housing Laws; refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.
Basic experience with MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Basic math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, agreements, etc.
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
Available for after-hours emergencies.
High school degree or equivalent.
Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
