Position: Jr. Area Manager, Admin & Support Specialist. This position would be for our Oregon and Southern WA Properties. Our Property Management company manages Mobile Home Communities in Oregon, WA, and ID. This position is only for Oregon and Southern WA.

This is a work-from-home position or work from our satellite office in Corvallis, Oregon. This a full-time salaried position, with an occasional night or weekend call if or when emergencies occur.

Biweekly or monthly meetings in or around Albany, Oregon, may be required. We are willing to train the right person with solid skills and the desire to grow in this position.

Responsibilities:

Day trips and site visits to communities will be required.

Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple communities.

Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Implement and enforce community rules and regulations.

Conduct property inspections when needed and address maintenance issues promptly.

Manage resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Perform lease audits and assist with setting up new communities we onboard; attention to detail is paramount.

Assist management in finding and vetting vendors for ongoing park projects.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation for traveling between communities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in email, smartphone, MS Office, Zoom, Scanner and Printer use.

Ability to post notices and updates effectively.

Good with a mobile phone camera, able to take clear photos.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency is a significant plus.

Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.

Ongoing Education:

Mandatory MHCO training is needed to understand Oregon Landlord Tenant Law surrounding managing manufactured homes. (paid by employer)

Benefits

This is a full-time salaried position: $36,000 to $42,000 DOE

Mileage reimbursement at Federal Rates.
