Albany area manufacturer is looking for a production employee to perform press forming and machining of fabricated metal parts. Position is permanent full time and includes generous health insurance, 401(k), vacation, bonus plan and other benefits. Position requires mechanical aptitude, self-motivation, attention to detail and the ability to work in a production environment. Equipment includes hydraulic presses, manual lathes, shears, grinders, buffers, forklifts and cleaning equipment. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, stepping up and down on platforms and lifting up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a machine shop or manufacturing facility is a plus.
