Want to learn how to turn raw ingredients into flavorful alcoholic beverages and work with others who share the same interests? 2 Towns is currently seeking Production Crew Members who are passionate about expanding their brewing knowledge and contributing to a fun loving highly productive team. The ideal candidate for this position is interested in cross training on several production related tasks with the goal of moving to a larger production facility once fully trained.
Production Crew Members have the unique opportunity to cross-train in several departments that are essential to craft alcohol production operations including; Cellar, Packaging, and Shipping and Receiving. Cellar tasks include monitoring, preparing, and transferring raw materials, continuously maintaining accurate documentation on cellar transactions, cleaning kegs, tanks, totes, hoses and other various tasks.
Packaging tasks include the timely packaging of craft alcohol beverages and palletizing finished product. Shipping and Receiving tasks include loading and unloading freight, maintaining all appropriate records, keeping a bi-weekly inventory and working closely with the logistics department.
These tasks involve lifting, moving, pulling, pushing, and taping 35 lb+ cases of bottles and cans, moving 150 lb+ kegs and drums onto and off pallets, driving a forklift, climbing ladders, handling chemicals, and working together to meet shared goals. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and engaging.
Compensation - Starting pay $16.75/hr.
