NEEDED: Care provider for Tyler, an adult Down syndrome male who has type 1 diabetes. Must be willing to manage his blood sugars by regularly testing and administering insulin shots (training provided by nurse). This PSW (personal service worker) job starts at $16.67/ hour and will increase to $17.77 /hour January 1st 2023. Medical/dental available for full time.
Tyler is a fun loving country music fanatic. He loves to swim, walk, bowl, play basketball and especially paint while listening to his country music. A successful candidate must complete a FBI background check and complete an on-line state application. Contact- John
