Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Benco offers various set schedules and paid training.
Starting wage range DOE $18.00 - $22.08/hr. Capped at $29.84/hr.
Benco gives a 3% wage increase at 6 months of employment, a 5% wage increase at 1 year of employment, a 3% wage increase at 1.5 years of employment, a 5% wage increase at 2 years of employment and a 6% wage increase annually thereafter until the employee has reached the cap for that position.
Benco offers medical, vision, dental, sick and vacation accrual, retirement plan and life insurance for employees working at least 30 regularly scheduled hours per week.
Benco offers the opportunity to apply for the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) credentialing. The program offers to elevate the status of Direct Support Professionals by improving practice standards, promoting system reform, and advancing their knowledge, skills, and values. Furthermore, offering the control to increase your wages as you complete each credentialing program if you have not reached the CAP for that position.
