Position Overview:

Scott's Roofing is looking for a dynamic and organized Office Administrator/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Answer incoming phone calls from potential customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Appointment Scheduling: Set appointments for roof inspections with our Estimators, ensuring timely follow-through on estimate completion.

Customer Journey Management: Work closely with the Office Manager to track customers through their journey, from initial contact to project hand-off.

Project Coordination: Handoff customer leads to the Office Manager/Project Manager once the project is awarded.

Warranty Applications: Apply for customer warranties with manufacturers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

Data Management: Track customers using CRM software and Excel spreadsheets, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

Technical Proficiency: Utilize Google Suite, Outlook, Excel, and other software tools efficiently for daily tasks.

Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate office and employee events to foster a positive work environment.

Marketing Support: Manage customer relations on social media platforms, and coordinate marketing campaigns with external agencies/partners

Qualifications:

Customer Service Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a positive attitude.

Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite, Outlook, Excel, and CRM software. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, especially when managing customer information and warranties.

Event Coordination: Experience in coordinating events and working in a team environment.

Marketing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing campaign coordination.

Team Player: Ability to work well with others, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture.

Salary and Benefits:

Compensation: $19-25/hr DOE

Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance: Available for purchase by all employees.

Retirement Plan: Simple IRA with Scott's Roofing matching up to 3% of yearly pay after 1 year.

Paid Time Off: Accrues at 40 hours per year after 90 days, with increases after one and two years.

Paid Holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Veterans Day (for those who have served).

Unpaid Company Holidays: Friday before Memorial Day, Friday before Labor Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve.
