Bend/Sisters Garden RV Resort, a highly rated Good Sam Park in Central Oregon, is currently seeking to add a Reservation Clerk to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing guest reservations, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
The resort is conveniently located 4 miles outside of Sisters on Highway 20, centrally located near Bend and Redmond.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process guest reservations, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations
Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Utilize reservation system (Campground Master) to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Store: inventory, stocking
Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of RV’s and campgrounds is preferred
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Proficiency with computers, email, and reservation systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Competitive pay: $18-$20 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
