Job SummaryOur busy multi-season rustic lodge and lake resort, featuring rental cabins, a campground, and marina is seeking multiple hard-working, self-motivated Servers to join our team for the summer!The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guests with exceptional dining experiences. No experience necessary, just bring your smile and dedication to our customers!Must be willing to work in a remote lake area approximately 30 minutes from Bend, OR.ResponsibilitiesYou will work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to manage time effectively and handle food safely will be essential. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy interacting with customers, this position is perfect for you!Guest Service & Hospitality Greet guests and escort them to seating on the deck or in the restaurant Provide friendly, professional service with a warm and welcoming attitude. Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation; recommend food and beverages and communicate specials. Verify guest ID for alcohol service in compliance with Oregon laws. Order Management & Delivery Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the POS system. Deliver food and drinks efficiently to all guest locations, including in-room and lakeside service. Monitor tables and service areas to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Present checks and process payments via credit card or room charge Teamwork & Operations Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas and events. Complete assigned daily/weekly/monthly tasks Communicate effectively with coworkers and maintain a polished, professional appearance. Attend training and staff meetings; follow all food safety and alcohol service procedures. Qualifications No experience required (we are willing to train). High school diploma or GED preferred. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
