We are looking for weekend help to join our team at Bledsoe Family Winery. Must have open Saturday availability, an excitement for wine, a willingness to hustle, and the ability to bring a happy and welcoming attitude. You can learn the rest!
This position will join our hospitality team at our Bend, Oregon location. Our Hospitality Associates will be responsible for educating our Guests and Members about our wines, our winemaking processes, and the history and stories of Doubleback and Bledsoe Family Winery while providing exceptional customer service.
Our ideal new team member will have an excitement to learn about our wines, our brand, and our guests. You should also possess a willingness to support with side projects, such as unloading wine pallets, taking out glass recycling, washing glassware, and light cleaning where required. A team works best when everyone is excited to be there and do their part! We are a small team that works hard and has fun with each other. We all bring a sense of joy to each shift, and we are looking for the right person to join us!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Will provide exceptional, customer focused, genuine experiences
· Tasting Room Coverage Saturdays and Sundays with optional weekdays as needed.
· SATURDAY AVAILABILITY IS A MUST!
· Set up, clean up, organize as needed
· Maintain clean and tidy tasting room area- indoor and outdoor
· Achieve wine club sign up goals
· Focus on meeting sales goals
· Provide our Guests and Members with education about our wines and winemaking processes
· Assist with events on weekends and during the week as needed
· Assist with answering phones and scheduling tasting appointments
· Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Prior experience in wine industry-related positions preferred. Willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude, however!
· Detail-oriented, with a positive attitude to work hard.
· Must be able to work as a team
· Ability to learn and work on wine tracking software.
· Have strong customer service and sales skills.
· Must be over 21 years of age, able to lift 40 pounds or more.
· OLCC license and Food Handler's permit must be obtained.

Pay: $17.00 per hour (plus tips, commissions, bonuses)
