As a line cook, job duties include:
Running a station on line in back of house
Prep Tasks, station readiness
Cooking, Assembling and Quality Checking our menu items
Working within the restaurant health code
Keeping a clean work environment
Opening/closing duties, cleaning duties
Job Requirements:
Must obtain an Oregon Food Handler Certification
Experience preferred, but those new to restaurants are certainly welcome!
