We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen. What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen.
Culinary Skills: Strong understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Team Player: Ability to work well under pressure in a collaborative team setting.
Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Flexibility: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Assist with kitchen prep and other duties as assigned.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
