Position: AM Prep Cook
Location: Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge, Bend, Oregon Rate: $23-27
Job Description: As an AM Prep Cook, you will be essential in ensuring our kitchen is ready for the day’s service. You'll prepare ingredients and components for menu items, maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and components according to recipes
Ensure proper storage and organization of food
Maintain a clean and orderly workstation
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a prep cook or similar role
Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
