Central Oregon School of Modern Music is seeking a Violin/Fiddle teacher to take students in Redmond.
COSMM exists to bring musicians together. We strive to build community outside of private lessons through ensembles and community classes. The space is small and well-curated. It offers a calm place to learn in two private offices and a large room to host classes and ensembles. The big room is setup to have total control over the volume of drums and guitars through a PA or headphones.
Students are able to schedule their lessons online based on your open times, and are charged for a full month ahead of time.
Schedule is part time and flexible. This position works as an independent contractor.
Pay is $40/hour, paid once a month for lessons that have been completed. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
The perfect applicant will be about the mission of the school and offer a modern approach to music instruction, as well as be reliable to show up at the scheduled times.
