POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FULL-TIME)
HOURS: 7:30–4:00, Mon–Fri (1/2 hour lunch)

REPORTS TO: Operations Manger
STATUS: Non-Exempt
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
Customer liaison for dealers, distributors, and retail customers from order entry through product shipment.
JOB DUTIES
Answer phone and direct calls as needed
Return email quote requests and answer online questions
Greet walk in customers
Process customer orders
Manage order changes and rectify customer concerns as needed
Address accounts receivable issues as they arise
Follow up on customer quotes
NECESSARY SKILLS
Excellent phone presence
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Solid familiarity with domestic 4WD trucks
Full command of written and spoken English
Working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
