Job Overview:
Opportunity for an experienced, full time Maintenance Manager to manage the Maintenance division of our Landscape Company. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the landscape maintenance department. Position requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, including routing and managing 1 or multiple crews. Duties include ensuring that all landscape maintenance routes adheres to their timeline, budget and scope, while managing our clients expectations and maintaining an organized route, upholding safety standards and keeping company moral up. The Maintenance Manager is also responsible for managing all aspects of snow removal during the winter months. This is a year round, salaried position. We are a drug free workplace and you will be required to pass a drug test including all THC products.
Landscape Manager Requirements and Qualifications
Desire to be the best at what they do
Physically able to conduct landscape maintenance
Hold a valid Drivers License
3 years of landscape experience
Management/ leadership experience
All positions within our company will be exposed to laborious tasks including lifting, pulling, pushing up to 100 lbs, loading tools and equipment, working in extreme temperatures, weather conditions and air quality.
