Your job duties will include the following:
On a seasonal basis, perform a variety of functions related to process and tracking of work traffic flow / project health within the Jordan Brand Marketing team
Create and leverage tools and processes driving efficiency, effectiveness, clarity, and simplicity
Help ensure end-to-end program management by setting and driving compliance to dates and gates in creating epic marketing executions: briefings, budget planning and oversight, plan reviews, creative reviews, etc.
Be responsible for high level communication (written and verbal), both internally and externally, ranging from contractors/agency vendors to senior management including meeting facilitation and presentation prep
Support in mitigating brand and business risks by being a subject matter expert on Business Affairs/Legal, Finance, and Procurement/Vendor Management

Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education, experience, and training
At least three (3) years’ experience in a project or program management, marketing, digital marketing, or marketing production role
Support in program/portfolio management of brand projects and/or brand initiatives
Ability to create and oversee budget and timeline for large scale projects, holding teams accountable to their deliverables and deadlines
Ability to interact with leadership, vendors, and potentially agency partners
Experience in a creative environment, content creation, and event marketing
Understanding of Finance and Accounting terminology and application
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (MS Excel in particular), Google Suite, Keynote, and Air Table
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software
