This role sits on the North America Consumer Direct Marketing team which supports the key Marketplace account JD Sports.Who we are looking for:Our Consumer Direct Marketing team is looking for a versatile marketer who can help develop and orchestrate marketing activations at B&M retail, IRL activations, craft and provide creative direction, handle ongoing seasonal and 365 campaigns, and support and develop media buys for our product and experiences across the JD Sports ecosystem.You will obsess consumer insights, understand shopping behaviors and journeys in-store, and build inspiring product stories and experiences to drive demand and impact across the marketplace.What you will work on:Key Accountabilities:
Developing and implementing seasonal marketing plans in partnership with merchandising, planning and visual merchandising partners, brand teams and existing teammates
Optimally and efficiently communicating plans and before, during and after execution. Building on findings from each project.

Nike x JD Sports MPU: Merchandising, Planning and Ops team
North America brand teams
North America consumer construct teams
JD Sports partners: across marketing, planning, merchandising, partnership, e-comm and retail.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree and/or combination of education
5-years relevant experience in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
A people-first approach that values diverse thought
Retail and digital marketing experience
A strong understanding of the consumer, shopping behaviors and retail journeys
The ability to fail forward
Outstanding written, verbal, visual communication and presentation skills, with a high proficiency in Keynote and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated
Excellent organization skills
Pro-active problem solver, ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution
An outstanding ability for balancing creativity with business needs
Able to work as part of a matrix, with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally towards a common goal
