Description We are in search of a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our client in the banking industry in Beaverton, Oregon. The role involves managing the administrative pieces of the loan process, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Review and audit documents for complete information and accuracy. Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Review loan documents and compare to other materials to check for errors and perform corrections as needed. Provide customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries. Assist with contract administration - performing data entry tasks and managing documents. Utilize your administrative skills to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience in handling correspondence, including drafting emails and letters Excellent customer service skills and experience dealing with clients Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy and speed Familiarity with document management systems and processes 1+ years of experience in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts Strong administrative skills including multitasking, time management, and organization Ability to work independently and also collaborate effectively as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
